About The Beach House

I spent over 10 years looking for the perfect place on Vancouver Island and The Beach House at Saratoga is that place. Absolute serenity in one spot. If you want calm or adventure then the possibilities here are endless. There is nothing better than a day of exploring this beautiful Island topped off by an evening on the patio watching the water while sitting around a fire. It is a place where core memories are made. 

Being from Ontario it was important for me to find a place that was not only a retreat for my son and I but it also needed to be that to other people too. Managing a property from out of province would have been a daunting task but along came Iris Properties. I have high expectations when it comes to the care and customer experience of my Villa. I want everything to be perfect for my guests and if it isn’t I want someone that can solve the problem right away. Having 2 onsite managers brings me great comfort that my guests will be well taken care of. The management staff, cleaning staff and maintenance staff go above and beyond to create the special experience I feel while in my home for each and every guest. I couldn’t do it without them. 

I hope that my home brings you the same calm and absolute joy it brings me each and every time I walk through the door.
